The Rooted Circle is a multicultural Afro Pop and community-driven platform based in Portland dedicated to celebrating African culture, creativity, music, and connection.

More than an event series, The Rooted Circle is a growing movement designed to unite communities through authentic cultural experiences, entertainment, storytelling, and empowerment. We create spaces where people from all backgrounds can come together to celebrate diversity, discover emerging talent, and build meaningful connections.

Through live events, music, fashion, food, media, and networking, we are building a bridge between African creatives and U.S. audiences while helping shape Portland’s evolving Afro Pop cultural scene.
